Dubbed “Björk of Virtual Worlds” Dr Barbara Lippe is a video-game-art-director-turned-actor perfectly bridging interactive and dramatic principles. She has always been a visionary, developing video games and virtual worlds in Tokyo and Vienna before finding pleasure in performing Shakespeare on London’s West End stages.
As founder and Creative Director of entreZ, an award-winning VR content creation studio developing the entertainment formats of the future, she is dedicated to bring drama to VR, in live-action and real-time. ADA/M, a sci-fi story set at CERN was the first dedicated drama series for VR.
Barbara holds a PhD in game studies, is board-member of VR Days Europe and speaks at conferences worldwide.
