Cristina Manasse is an Italian lawyer, with more than 24 years of experience in the law of cultural goods and intellectual property related matters, specializing in art law and copyright, including digital matters.
Cristina advises and represents start ups and digital cultural platforms, artists, galleries, museums, collectors, cultural institutions, media and broadcasting companies, on all legal issues related to art and IP (e.g., T.o.S., websites, on line platforms for art and culture, digitization, use of images, exhibitions, purchase & sale, IP rights protection, museum business plans, IP due diligence for museums, valorisation of cultural assets). She negotiates all kind of agreements related to art and IP related matters.
She frequently serves as the Italian equivalent of “of counsel” to other law firms and entities that require her specialized expertise in art law and ip related matters.
