Lily Baldwin Filmmaker and Dancer

Lily Baldwin is a filmmaker and dancer. Noteworthy film work includes “Swallowed" from "Collective Unconscious," Sleepover LA,” "A Juice Box Afternoon,” and "Sea Meadow," as well as music videos for artists such as Blood Orange, The Forms, Joan Osborne, Fassine and Cat Martino (Sufjan Stevens), to name a few. She directed "Misty Copeland", a documentary for Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards and premiered "Through You," a VR project co-directed with Saschka Unseld at Sundance.

 

Lily Baldwin is a filmmaker and dancer. She performed at the Metropolitan Opera Ballet, with David Byrne on his “Everything That Happens Will Happen Today” world tour and in its documentary. More recently, she directed “Misty Copeland”, a documentary for Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards and premiered “Through You,” a VR project co-directed with Saschka Unseld at Sundance. Lily is currently developing her next VR work, “Glass: Invisible You,” episodic series including “Stories Of The Stalked” and “Underaged,” a series with NYC teenagers, in addition to directing her first feature film, “Glass.”
