Seth Socolow is SVP Strategic Partnerships for VirtualSKY, the leading Virtual Reality ad Network. Socolow’s passion is creating and marketing products that change how people interact with technology in their daily lives. In 2009, Socolow founded the AppShow (http://appshow.com), where over 150 iPhone and iPad apps launched including Uber and Waze. Socolow is a mobile advertising veteran having previously bought mobile media to promote his own apps, advised clients on mobile media spends, and worked for Jumptap as Director of Business Development . Prior to dedicating his time to the burgeoning app market, Socolow worked in Silicon Valley and Europe in international marketing and business development roles for well known consumer technology companies Intuit and AltaVista as well as consumer tech start-ups Green Plug and Telling Stories. In 2017 Socolow is extremely focused on what he believes will be the next world changing consumer technology, virtual, augmented, and mixed reality.
Socolow has a BA from Vassar College in International Studies and an MBA from Thunderbird: School of Global Management. In addition to English and Spanish, he is happy to speak to you in two of Switzerland’s official languages, French and German.
