Yuki Machida is an innovation designer and engineer. He is motivated by creating meaningful experiences that play with the boundaries of human perception. He worked on the Chronogram VR project at the EPFL+ECAL Lab, which challenges the way we interact with digital paper archives. He is a graduate of Imperial College, the Royal College of Art, EPFL and ECAL with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Innovation Design Engineering and Design Research in Digital Innovation. Previous projects have included designing a second skin for a prosthetic hand to provide a sense of touch and a prosthetic leg to allow for easy transition from land to water.
